Business Analyst

Business Analyst Full time, on-site in Montpelier, VT The Business Analyst shall work with an assigned Project Manager and/or Oversight Project Manager (OPM), from the State Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). The State of Vermont's Project Manager and/or OPM shall provide project oversight and guidance on behalf of the State of Vermont in accordance with their statutory obligation to oversee, monitor, and control State of Vermont information technology activities. The selected vendor’s resource must satisfy the following requirements: Demonstrated, strong elicitation skills. Demonstrated experiences as a Business Analyst and performed functions outlined in this SOW-RFP, including facilitating testing. Demonstrated ability to perform and work independently in a self-directed manner. Demonstrated experience performing as a Business Analyst on an Agile/Scrum Team (product owner experience is preferred). Ability to work full time on-site in Montpelier, VT. Experience with the subject matter and/or technologies associated with the projects listed in this SOW-RFP (preferred) Experience with implementing Unemployment Insurance Systems is preferred. Provide weekly status updates to Project Manager Current State Analysis Future State Analysis Gap Analysis Elicit requirements starting with Epics, further broke down into features and user stories Elicit acceptance criteria at the user story level for all user stories Develop Test Plan Develop User Acceptance Test Cases Ensure all VT related testing is completed, and results are validated Requirements traceability throughout the lifecycle My3Tech Inc
