What You Will Get In addition to the standard benefit offering, you can expect to receive: Competitive compensation with ability to earn additional weekend and holiday rates Local and national organization dues and license renewal reimbursement Structured mentoring and quarterly in-person or online continuous education courses through MedBridge memberships Experience working with a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, ortho, and hand therapy Race fee reimbursement Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual Your Responsibilities as an Inpatient/Acute Care Physical Therapist Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members Build and maintain relationships throughout the community Qualifications Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program State Licensure Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association Pay Range 55.00 - 65.00 per hour Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
