Insurance Sales Representative

Job Description
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping clients understand and purchase insurance policies, primarily focusing on Property & Casualty and Life Insurance products. You will work within a small team environment and manage a short sales cycle, typically closing deals in less than one month without any travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through lead generation and outreach
- Clearly explain insurance policies and coverage options to clients
- Negotiate sales terms and close insurance contracts
- Manage customer service inquiries and provide ongoing support
- Assist clients with the claims process as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Insurance Producer License
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Strong sales techniques and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- In-depth product knowledge of insurance offerings
- Effective problem-solving skills to address client concerns
