Located in Chehalis, WA Salary: Up to $65,000/year + Bonus Pot Safety Director | Up to $65,000/year + Bonus Potential | Longview, WASchedule: Day Shift Position Overview:

- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations while implementing corrective actions.
- Lead employee safety training programs, maintain compliance records, and promote a proactive safety culture throughout the facility.
- Salary of up to $65,000 per year , depending on experience.
- Bonus opportunity of up to $616 gross .
- Opportunity to work directly with leadership teams to strengthen safety programs and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
