Property Maintenance Supervisor

Brookdale

Brookdale is seeking a maintenance supervisor to oversee the general operating maintenance and repair of its communities in the United States. The role includes directing maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with current standards, and coordinating with residents to address repairs and upkeep. You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety-related tasks while maintaining a safe, well-kept environment for residents and staff.
