Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Your Responsibilities:

• Secure, tarping, and haul flatbed freight safely across assigned lanes.
• Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and routine equipment checks.
• Keep precise trip records and comply with hours-of-service and DOT rules.
• Communicate with dispatch and leverage 24/7 support for logistics.

Compensation & Opportunity: Earn 80% of gross (avg weekly $7,500–$10,000) with a lease-to-own program to gain ownership within a year; drive 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner. Pet & rider-friendly and a 90-day test drive.
