Videographer

Watersound Real Estate is looking to add a videographer/content creator to our growing in-house media department based out of our WaterColor office. This will be an on-site creative role focused on helping build one of the largest real estate and community-focused YouTube platforms in Northwest Florida. We are creating high-volume, evergreen video content centered around real estate, lifestyle, relocation, and community education throughout 30A, Destin, Panama City Beach, and surrounding areas. Content will include neighborhood tours, new developments, St. Joe communities, builder walkthroughs, floor plans, amenities, local business features, market insights, and lifestyle-driven storytelling designed to attract buyers actively searching these topics on Google and YouTube. This is not overly cinematic commercial production work. The style is intentional “run and gun” content focused on consistency, personality, pacing, and SEO-driven storytelling. Production setup should remain lean and efficient using a camera, stabilizer, lav mic, and drone. The ideal candidate understands how to capture engaging, informative content quickly while maintaining strong editing, audio, and storytelling quality. This role will work directly alongside our internal marketing and media team, collaborating on weekly content production, shoot schedules, editing workflows, agent partnerships, and long-term media strategy. We are looking for someone who enjoys fast-paced creative environments, takes initiative, understands modern content trends, and wants to help shape a scalable media platform around one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in Florida. Responsibilities Shoot and edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form social media content Capture community, lifestyle, real estate, builder, and development-focused content Operate camera, drone, audio, and stabilization equipment on location Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms Collaborate with agents and the marketing team to develop content ideas and filming schedules Assist with scripting, topic development, and SEO-focused video planning Research local communities, developments, builders, and market trends to support evergreen content creation Create engaging hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, and storytelling structure optimized for viewer retention Organize footage, manage project files, and maintain efficient editing workflows Support ongoing growth of the Watersound Real Estate media and YouTube platform Qualifications Experience with videography and video editing in a fast-paced content environment Strong understanding of YouTube content, social media trends, and short-form storytelling Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro required Experience with CapCut and Adobe After Effects preferred Experience operating drones and capturing stabilized footage Understanding of audio capture, lav mic setup, and clean dialogue recording Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain consistent production schedules Strong communication and collaboration skills Self-starter mentality with creative problem-solving ability Real estate, lifestyle, or branded content experience is a plus Produce approximately: Participate in weekly content planning and team collaboration meetings Work both in-office and on-location throughout the 30A and Panama City Beach markets Help maintain a consistent publishing cadence and long-term content strategy Contribute creatively to the continued growth and evolution of the WRE media department This is an opportunity to become part of a rapidly expanding luxury real estate brand with consistent creative output, long-term growth potential, and the ability to help define the future of real estate media in our market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
