In scheduling trainings, preparing files, arranging travel, and entering data you will aid in providing complete, compliant training that will ensure safe and efficient operations.Job ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain Pilot and Flight Attendant qualification records as well as file ongoing training records.Monitor all travel logistics for Pilot and Flight Attendant trainees.Adjust trainee travel as necessary.Plan and execute Pilot and Flight Attendant trainees training schedules in Comply and CrewTrac and MINT. Reschedule as necessary.Manage and assign instructor schedules to best support training needs.Proactively identifies instructor gaps in training operations.Build Pilot and Flight Attendant instructor schedules in CrewTrac.Manage hotel and travel for pilot and flight attendant instructors.Handle pairing modifications for Pilots and Flight Attendants training in CrewTrac, as needed.Monitor training schedule to ensure all regulatory training requirements are scheduled, assigned, conducted, and recorded.Schedule and input in CrewTrac Pilot Line Checks.Schedule and input in CrewTrac Schedule LCA FAA observations.Schedule and input in CrewTrac Instructor Line Flying.Prepares data for flight decisions.Audit records for accuracy.Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.Performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalent.At least two years of experience in an office, administrative and/or customer service.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a focus in Excel.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to speak/read/write in English.If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred:Previous aviation field experience.Associate's degree.Additional InformationDelegation: In absence, responsibilities delegated to Manager of Training Admin/Crew Records. Authorities: None Supervisory Responsibility: This is not a supervisory position. Work Environment: This job operates approximately 90% of the time inside a climate controlled building and approximately 10% of the time outside in all types of weather. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.
