Roles and Responsibilities: Recruitment & Sourcing : Identify and recruit experienced, high-performing loan officers who are already excelling in the broker world. Onboarding & Integration : Guide new recruits through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed at West Capital Lending. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier brokers and industry professionals, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings. Brand Advocacy : Be the face of West Capital Lending, promoting our values, culture, and benefits to prospective loan officers and brokers. Collaboration : Work closely with leadership and other departments to align recruitment efforts with business goals and growth initiatives. Metrics & Reporting : Track recruitment efforts, monitor the success of new hires, and provide regular updates on recruitment activities and outcomes. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within the mortgage, finance, or real estate sectors. Strong understanding of the mortgage brokerage world, including key players, processes, and terminology. Ability to connect with and attract top-tier loan officers who thrive in a competitive, independent environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and engage high-level professionals. Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. A network of industry contacts and experience in recruiting top mortgage professionals is a plus.
