Assistant Store Manager

Store Space Self Storage is looking for a driven, organized, and customer‑focused Assistant Store Manager to lead operations at our Gainesville, FL location. The position is paid $16.00 per hour. Responsibilities Increasing sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling. Providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries. Cash handling, reporting, and daily deposits. Maintaining company standards and adhering to policies. Work Schedule Sunday through Thursday 9:00 am–5:30 pm; Friday/Saturday off. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience (e.g., retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management). 1+ years of customer‑centered sales and collections (cold calling) experience. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications. Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation. Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods. Able to operate POS and other typical office machines. Ability to travel between multiple locations. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
