The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients by performing laboratory tests and analyses. This position requires a strong understanding of laboratory techniques, excellent data analysis skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Duties:Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, including but not limited to PCR, immunoassays, and specimen collection processing.Conduct phlebotomy procedures and monitor vital signs as needed.Maintain laboratory management protocols to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Utilize laboratory information management systems for accurate data entry and tracking of specimens.Assist in the preparation of samples for analysis and ensure proper handling throughout the testing process.Uphold cleanliness and organization within the laboratory environment to promote efficiency and safety.Perform daily maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.Participate in Quality Control (QC) and Quality Management (QM) for area assigned.Qualifications:Associate's degree in medical laboratory technology or a related field is preferred.Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) is highly desirable.Proficiency in various laboratory techniques, including specimen collection processing and immunoassays.Strong data analysis skills with attention to detail for accurate test result interpretation.Experience with laboratory management systems is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare staff.Join our team as a Medical Laboratory Technician where your expertise will contribute significantly to patient care and outcomes!Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayNo nightsWork Location: In person
