Speech Language Pathologist - Full-time

We are seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year for a school district near Chambersburg, PA. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized education plans based on assessment results. Provide direct therapy services to students in a school-based setting. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided. Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Pennsylvania state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Benefits: Competitive hourly rate starting at $70-$85 per hour depending on experience with a $1500 sign on bonus Access to a library of resources and assessments Supportive and collaborative work environment with a dedicated team of educators.
