Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their seating. Communicate accurate wait times and manage the waiting list. Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality. Collaborate with store management and staff to execute a cohesive team concept. Work collaboratively with team members to support each other’s success. Qualifications Entry‑level position; prior experience not required. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including full‑time and part‑time shifts. Reliability and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
