ILS Relocation is seeking a motivated and performance-driven Relocation Consultant to help expand our presence throughout the Louisville market. This role is designed for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and consistently closing deals in a competitive environment.

As a Relocation Consultant, you will be responsible for driving both residential and commercial sales growth through consultative selling, networking, lead development, and strong customer relationship management. You will play a key role in expanding market presence while delivering a professional and seamless customer experience from first contact through signed contract.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales & Revenue Growth

• Generate and close both residential and commercial relocation opportunities
• Manage company-provided leads while actively developing new business opportunities through networking and outreach
• Conduct in-home and virtual relocation estimates with professionalism and accuracy
• Present customized pricing and service solutions that align with customer needs
• Consistently work to expand territory growth and increase market penetration

Build Relationships & Develop the Market

• Develop long-term relationships with customers, referral partners, real estate professionals, and local businesses
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, community events, and business development opportunities
• Generate repeat and referral business through strong relationship management and customer satisfaction
• Promote company services and maintain a strong professional presence within the local market

Manage Sales Pipeline & Customer Communication

• Maintain accurate records of leads, estimates, follow-ups, and customer interactions within CRM systems
• Manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining timely communication and follow-through
• Coordinate with Operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Provide a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process

Deliver Performance Results

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Maintain strong closing ratios and sales activity levels
• Contribute to overall revenue growth and market expansion initiatives
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales performance and customer engagement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience required
• Experience in moving, relocation, logistics, transportation, or service-related industries preferred
• Strong closing ability with a results-oriented and self-driven mindset
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a full sales pipeline
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
