Controller, Affordable Housing Finance Leader
Low Income Housing Institute
The Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) seeks a Controller in Seattle to lead all financial, accounting, and compliance functions across a growing portfolio of affordable housing properties. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, manage cash flow, and oversee audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements including LIHTC and HUD programs. This exempt, non-union position reports to the CFO and requires a CPA (preferred) with at least 7 years of accounting experience, including 3 years in #J-18808-Ljbffr Low Income Housing Institute
