Private Client Banking Support Specialist

Bankwell is seeking a Private Client Group Support Associate to help manage and grow existing client relationships with urgency and empathy. You will support day-to-day client interactions, document workflows, and service delivery through the CRM platform. The role offers exposure to relationship management and may lead toward advisory, product, or service leadership roles within the bank.
