The right candidate is a confident communicator, highly organized, and genuinely motivated to help customers accomplish their goals.As a Service Advisor, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process, building trust, providing consistent updates, and ensuring a best-in-class service experience from write-up to delivery.Job TypeFull-timePay$75,000-120,000 per yearCompetitive compensation plan with uncapped commissionWork RequirementsValid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.Ability to commute to Abilene, TX.Professional, well-groomed appearance.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while keeping repairs accurate, efficient, and on schedule.Key responsibilities include:Greet customers, listen carefully, ask questions, and identify service needsAccurately document concerns and vehicle issues on the repair orderVerify and update customer contact information, including emailReview service history, perform walk-arounds/inspections, and recommend maintenance as neededProvide complete, accurate estimates for labor and partsMaintain consistent communication with customers regarding status and timelinesCoordinate repair progress to ensure work is completed on time and fixed right the first timeObtain customer approvals for repairs (including additional recommendations)Inspect completed repair orders for accuracy, pricing, and legibilityMeet or exceed add-on and service sales goalsFollow up to ensure customer satisfactionComplete all required OEM and dealership trainingQualificationsService Advisor experience requiredDealership experience preferredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage prioritiesStrong communication and customer service skillsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordWilling to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background checkWhy Work at Arrow Ford?We invest in our people and it shows.
