What this job involves:As a PM/PMO within our Project & Development Services team, you'll play a dual role combining strategic portfolio oversight with hands-on project leadership. Your primary focus will be building and maintaining governance frameworks that drive consistency, quality, and efficiency across our North American commercial portfolio. You'll establish standardized methodologies, create tools that elevate our delivery standards, and track the metrics that matter. What sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe, and you'll be at the heart of fostering that connectivity across teams and disciplines.What your day-to-day will look like:Implement and maintain project management methodologies and best practices across all assigned projectsDevelop and manage project governance frameworks that guide delivery approaches and decision-makingCreate standardized project documentation templates and tools that streamline executionTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to measure success and drive improvementConduct project health checks and audits to ensure compliance with established standardsFacilitate knowledge sharing sessions and provide mentorship to junior project team membersSupport resource allocation and capacity planning across the project portfolioMaintain the project management information system (PMIS) and prepare portfolio-level reports for leadership.Required qualifications:5+ years of experience in commercial construction or project management with proven delivery successStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory compliance requirementsProficiency with project management software and MS Office SuiteExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and presentation abilities with experience building client relationshipsPreferred qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldProfessional certification such as PMP, LEED, or equivalent industry credentialExperience developing PMO frameworks and standardized processes across a portfolioFamiliarity with change management principles and process improvement initiativesContract negotiation and vendor management experienceExposure to international projects or multi-regional portfolio managementThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
