Our organization, situated just an hour's drive north of Dallas, is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a talented Urologist to become part of our team in Denison, TX. This position has opened up due to retirement and is essential for supporting the ongoing expansion of our services.
Opportunity Highlights- Employed Role: Join our hospital-affiliated multi-specialty group.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside two experienced Urologists and one independent practitioner.
- On-Call Schedule: Benefit from a balanced rotation of 1:3, ensuring a manageable workload.
- Comprehensive Procedures: Engage in a wide range of standard Urologic procedures, including robotic surgeries, supported by a strong referral network.
- Competitive Compensation: Receive a solid base salary along with a performance-based bonus structure, extensive employed benefits, and appealing incentives such as sign-on bonuses and relocation support.
