Administer Certified Payroll for Davis‑Bacon projects using LCP Tracker and other reporting tools. Enter and maintain payroll data with exceptional attention to detail. Process compensation changes, wage adjustments, and deductions with accuracy and integrity. Research and resolve payroll discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality and excellent service. You Should Have A high school diploma or equivalent. Three or more years of experience processing payroll. Strong math skills and the ability to understand and analyze numerical data. Excellent communication, customer service, planning, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfort with technology. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a sense of urgency.
