The company has built a strong reputation for taking on complex projects and solving unique construction challenges while maintaining a close-knit, family-oriented culture.About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Project Managers to join a growing heavy civil construction team. This role will manage multiple projects from planning through closeout, with typical project values of $2M–$10M and durations of 6 months to 2 years.ResponsibilitiesManage 3–4 projects simultaneously from planning through closeoutOversee schedules, budgets, costs, and project deliverablesCoordinate field crews, subcontractors, owners, and internal teamsConduct project meetings and monitor overall project progressEnsure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with safety expectationsUse Procore and Oracle/P6 for project management and schedulingMust-Haves3-5+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil, wastewater, dam work, excavation, process piping, or a closely related industryCandidates without direct industry experience should have 5–7+ years of PM experienceExperience managing $2M+ projects from start to finishAbility to accurately read and interpret blueprintsUnderstanding of survey workWillingness to travel to job sites throughout the Northeast; most travel is day-trip basedPMP certification is a plus.Key Benefits of the Role$100K–$140K base + performance bonus (typically around 25%, uncapped)Family-oriented, tight-knit company with long-tenured employeesSignificant growth and opportunity to take on greater responsibilityVariety of challenging heavy civil and infrastructure projectsRelocation assistance may be availableHealth, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with up to a 4% company match3 weeks PTO and 8 paid holidaysThis is an opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys solving unique challenges, taking ownership, and working in a hands-on environment rather than a highly corporate setting.Looking forward to your application!
