MLR is looking for an experienced and committed Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our innovative team dedicated to advancing patient care through exceptional laboratory services. In this role, you will work closely with the Laboratory Director, conducting a range of tests with precision and ensuring strict adherence to quality control standards. Qualifications for a Laboratory Technologist / Technician:
- Degree in Medical Technology (MLT/MT) or a related field from an accredited institution (Associate's or Bachelor's).
- ASCP certification or eligibility for certification.
- Expertise in lab procedures, equipment management, and quality control methods.
- Preferably has experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory environment.
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems and relevant computer technologies.
