Job Description: Apoyo al rea de Relaciones con Empleados y Servicios al Personal en diferentes actividades, lo cual le dar al estudiante conocimientos bsicos del rea.

Responsibilities:

• Servicio al cliente en ventanilla
• Atencin a renuncias
• Seguimiento de incidencias
• Captura de Medidias disciplinarias
• Apoyo en la elaboracin y armado de los paquetes de finiquitos
• Entrega de finiquitos
• Reportes varios
• Apoyo en eventos de la empresa

Required Experience and Skills: 5to semestre en adelante en Psicologa, Administracin de Empresas, Gestin Empresarial o carrera afn.

Competencias:

• Comunicacin asertiva
• Buena actitud
• Conocimiento bsico en paquetera Office
• Ingls bsico
• 6 meses mnimo de experiencia en Servicio al Cliente
