At HCW Hospitality, dining is more than just a meal—it’s an experience. As a Server, you’ll be at the heart of that experience, providing exceptional service that turns a meal into a memorable occasion. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Server, you’ll create unforgettable dining experiences. In this role, you will:
- The schedule expectations for this role will be for morning shifts during the week and some weekends and holidays
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, offering suggestions and recommendations.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring all orders are correct and meet our high standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Process payments and handle transactions with accuracy.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
WHAT YOU BRING
We’re looking for a service-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a full-service restaurant.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
- The schedule expectations for this role will be for morning shifts during the week and some weekends and holidays
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and the ability to make recommendations.
