Position Overview: As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing diagnostic imaging services to patients. Working in a fast-paced, supportive environment, you will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during their exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic radiology exams including X-rays, CT scans, and other imaging procedures
• Prepare and position patients for imaging exams, ensuring comfort and safety
• Operate radiology equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and adherence to safety standards
• Review images for quality and work with radiologists to ensure accurate results
• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures in the electronic medical records system
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including radiation safety guidelines
• Provide patient education and support throughout the imaging process
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the imaging department

Qualifications:

• Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT certification)
• Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (WA)
• Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques, equipment, and procedures
• Experience in performing diagnostic imaging exams, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
• Excellent patient care skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care
• BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain)
