Facilities Manager – JLL The Jones Lang LaSalle Facilities Manager is responsible for managing all site-specific facilities activities at corporate-owned healthcare and campus buildings, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a safe work environment. Responsibilities Manage corporate-owned healthcare and campus facilities, including outpatient and office spaces. Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring regulatory compliance (DNV, AAAHC, DPH, etc.) and quality assurance programs. Oversee financial performance of operational facilities spend, maintaining adherence to established budgets. Provide staff training in approved facility maintenance practices and procedures. Act as the first point of escalation for all facility concerns and grievances. Create annual Individual Performance Management Program (IPMP) templates in partnership with Human Resources. Partner with JLL Strategic Sourcing and Contracts Managers to ensure vendor contracts are implemented and executed per the MSA. Support Project Management and Sourcing Teams with maintenance, project, and vendor activities for critical operations. Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety/infection control policies, including appropriate protective gear and equipment handling. Comply with all JLL policies, ethics, and business practices. Attend site committee meetings (Environment of Care, Emergency Management, Process Improvement, etc.). Track, analyze, and recommend action plans for KPI/SLA performance related to Facility Operations/Engineering Services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and compliance with Master Services Agreement (MSA) and related amendments. Qualifications College degree in engineering or related field, or completion of a formal apprenticeship program or technical trade school. 3+ years of experience in commercial Facility Management, Plant Operations, Engineering, or maintenance supervision; hospital experience preferred. Managerial experience with proven budget and personnel responsibilities. Regulatory compliance experience (e.g., TJC, DNV, AAAHC, WA DPH). Demonstrated knowledge of perpetual compliance requirements. Fundamental knowledge of building critical systems—HVAC, electrical and mechanical, life safety, and power distribution. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including report writing. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Authorized to work in the United States and eligible for this position without visa sponsorship. Compensation Estimated salary range: $100,000 – $150,000 USD per year.
