As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will perform the following duties: Shift Leadership: Provide supervision to nursing staff and ensure health care tasks are completed accurately and on time Care Oversight: Monitor resident conditions and make sure important changes are reported to appropriate staff and documented Staff Coordination: Assign personnel, review time records, and follow and enforce established agency call‑off procedures Quality Assurance: Review care plans, documentation, and assessments to confirm accuracy and regulatory compliance Safety Monitoring: Identify actual and potential hazards and take steps to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information Full‑time employment (80 hours biweekly) Work hours are six 12‑hour shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) and one 8‑hour shift (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM), working every other weekend. Training will be conducted on day shift. Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position. Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non‑negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Three years as a Registered Nurse (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Four years of professional nursing experience providing care and treatment services consistent with those needed for individuals with a mental or physical injury or illness and/or a developmental disability. Special Requirements This position requires active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania. If you possess an active temporary practice permit, you must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. Other Requirements PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title. You must be able to perform essential job functions.
