Hospice & Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner

Tri-State Life Care

Tri-State Life Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to assess, treat, and provide care for hospice and palliative care patients in Huntington, West Virginia. Responsibilities include managing pain, collaborating with care teams, and performing evaluations to improve patient outcomes. Candidates must have a Master's in nursing, completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program, and valid RN licenses in both Ohio and West Virginia.
