Managed Care Specialist

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, configure, deploy, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce automation tools, and platform configuration, along with strong troubleshooting and code quality practices. On-Site Columbus, OH Long Term Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, including classes, triggers, and batch processes. Build user-facing functionality with Lightning Web Components and Aura components. Configure declarative Salesforce solutions using advanced Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and security controls. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software errors, application bottlenecks, and data integration issues. Maintain clean, well-documented code and write robust test classes to achieve required code coverage. Participate in peer code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices. Manage application lifecycle activities, sandbox environments, deployments, and release cycles using GitHub and CI/CD tools. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform. Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, and data migration tools. Experience with Salesforce automation tools, especially advanced Flows.
