Occupational Therapist - Mind&Mobility Location: Medicare Part B visits in Pompano Beach/Broward County area - PRN Position Overview Provide in-home occupational therapy for Medicare Part B patients to enhance daily living skills, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing personalized therapy plans, delivering skilled interventions, educating patients and caregivers on safety and adaptive strategies, documenting progress, and collaborating with the care team. Adjust treatments based on patient needs and ensure compliance with Medicare regulations. Qualifications & Skills Active OT license in the practice state Experience in home health or outpatient therapy preferred Knowledge of Medicare Part B documentation and regulations Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proficiency with EMR and computers CPR and relevant certifications Additional Requirements Completion of Level 2 background screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic
