As a Security Officer Full Time Rover in Cleveland, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support patients, staff, and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, help to deter unauthorized access, and support visitor and staff directions in a professional manner.
• Assist with security-related reporting, access control activities, and/or response support for medical emergencies, behavioral events, and other site-specific situations common to a hospital environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
