Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction Projects

About Our Client

A Texas based construction firm specializing in Class A multifamily developments. The company is dedicated to providing exceptional quality, efficient execution, and innovative solutions, with a strong focus on meeting client needs and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Job Description

Assist with scheduling and timeline management to keep projects on track.
Track costs and help ensure projects remain within budget.
Liaise with subcontractors to confirm work aligns with project requirements.
Maintain accurate and organized project records and documentation.
Troubleshoot field issues and escalate them to the Project Manager when required.

The Successful Applicant

Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in construction project coordination or management
Knowledge of multifamily construction processes and standards
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
