Your Role & Responsibilities As the primary clinician for our Chamberlain location, you will manage a diverse caseload of approximately 30 clients . Your daily impact includes: Clinical Autonomy: Providing high-quality therapy to clients of all ages and socioeconomic backgrounds across a wide range of diagnoses. Comprehensive Care: Conducting mental health assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Collaborative Growth: Participating in weekly staff meetings and receiving regular supervision/consultation from our Clinical Director. Documentation: Maintaining timely and accurate clinical records. Qualifications Must hold a current license to practice in the state of South Dakota (LPC, LPC-MH, LCSW, or equivalent). Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the main office.
