Tecovas, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Senior Designer for Men's Footwear to lead concept-to-commercialization, balancing heritage craftsmanship with modern innovation. You will own color, material, leather and construction direction, mentor a designer, and collaborate with Product Development, Sourcing, and Merchandising to deliver cohesive seasonal collections.
