Platinum Ford is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Associate to join our growing Parts Department. This role is essential to supporting our service team by ensuring technicians and advisors have the right parts at the right time. The ideal candidate is organized, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy and condition
• Accurately stock and organize inventory within the warehouse
• Pull and deliver parts to service technicians quickly and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory control and assist with cycle counts
• Process returns, core charges, and warranty parts according to dealership procedures
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Assist the Parts Counter team as needed
• Follow all dealership safety standards and inventory procedures

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or automotive parts experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• Rotating Saturday coverage
