The Docent personifies the brand's culture, transforming luxury retail into a curated, host-led experience. This role is responsible for delivering immersive storytelling, curated walkthroughs, and elevated hospitality moments that deepen client connection to the brand. More than a guide, the Docent translates heritage, craftsmanship, and innovation into memorable, emotionally resonant experiences. In partnership with Client Services and selling teams, the Docent ensures each visit feels bespoke, personal, and refined.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
