The CAD Designer will play a crucial role in supporting surveying and civil engineering projects by producing precise technical drawings using CAD software. Working within a medium-sized design team, the role involves collaborating moderately with engineering teams to deliver designs primarily for land development, land surveying, and civil engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed technical drafts using CAD software
- Operate CAD tools to develop and modify designs
- Implement design revisions based on project requirements and feedback
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support projects related to land development, surveying, and civil engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in CAD design
- AutoCAD Certification
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Carlson Civil Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
