About the role As a Stylist, you act as the ultimate brand ambassador, providing personalized styling guidance that helps customers express their authentic selves. You'll share your extensive product knowledge, answer questions, and inspire customers with your styling recommendations. By truly listening to their needs, you guide customers to find styles that suit their multifaceted lives. You'll collaborate with your team to achieve business goals, provide personalized customer experiences, and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: Be a representative of the brand and engage with customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants. Offer customers personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty. Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer. Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service. Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer. Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools. Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations. Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
