The annual salary for this position is $315,559, along with a sign-on bonus of $25,000.

Key Highlights

• Our facility, a level 1 trauma center, is an 802-bed nonprofit teaching hospital situated in Oak Lawn, a suburb south of Chicago.

• We operate one of the largest maternity programs in Illinois, with approximately 4,000 deliveries annually.

• The position involves working 173 twelve-hour shifts each year, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

• We have a Level III NICU available.

• Our facility offers 24-hour Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) support.

• You will cover the OB Emergency Department and unassigned patients.

• GYN surgical specialists and C-section backup are part of the team.

• We provide the highest level of subspecialty care.

• Interaction with residents is encouraged.

• We utilize EPIC for electronic medical records.

• Join a nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and integrated service lines.

• Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool that integrates with Epic, to enhance clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and signature.

• Experience a commitment to providing safe and equitable care for all patients.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
