Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries and providing policy information, assisting customers with policy changes and updates, processing insurance claims and following up with customers, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications include communication and interpersonal skills, being detail-oriented and able to multitask, and previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation is $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year. About Our Agency Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. Our office is located in St. Martinville, LA, and our office hours are 8:30 A.M.- 5:00 P.M.. We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
