What you will be doing as the Receptionist:
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate employees
- Greet visitors upon arrival and direct them to the correct office for their scheduled appointments
- Perform light administrative and clerical duties as needed
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Assist with other front-desk tasks to support daily office flow
- High School diploma
- Previous receptionist, front-desk, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
