* Je krijgt een aantal vaste verkopers toegewezen en vormt hiermee een sterke tandem.
* Je ondersteunt hen met de administratieve opvolging van sales dossiers en zorgt voor een correcte input van ieder order.
* Je geeft ondersteuning bij het opmaken van offertes, contracten,...
* Je zorgt voor een clean dossier en staat in voor de correcte archivering van de nodige documenten in Docuware.
* Je volgt jouw dossiers intern op en extern kan je de klant te woord staan bij diverse vragen.
* Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
* Je bent leergierig en kan autonoom aan de slag gaan.
* Je bent open en sociaal, contact met de klant en jouw collega sales schrikt jou absoluut niet af.
* Je draagt zorg voor jouw collega en doet er alles aan om hen zoveel mogelijk te helpen en ondersteunen.
* Je gaat nauwkeurig te werk en haalt voldoening uit een administratief perfect afgeleverd dossier.
