As Account Representative for J Cook Insurance Agency Inc, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience with a proven record in sales preferred.
- Experience with customer service preferred.
- Illinois Insurance License Required in Property and Casualty & Life, Accident and Health. License will need to be obtained before the candidate will be able to start their employment.
