We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Concierge / Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service. Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing resident concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Assist residents in locating packages, signing up for events and other tasks assigned

- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of incidents

- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual

- Assist with front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering questions, and directing them to the appropriate area

- Handle guest services inquiries and provide information about our products or services

- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Use professionalism to enhance resident relations and promote loyalty

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

- Knowledge of front desk operations is desirable (e.g., hotel or restaurant experience)

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and handle difficult customers with empathy
