Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer

Pierce Flooring & Cabinet Design Center is seeking an experienced Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer in Billings, MT . Play a leading role in the cabinet department, helping homeowners, builders, and contractors create beautiful, functional kitchens, bathrooms, and custom cabinetry. You'll own projects from concept through completion, combining design expertise, accurate technical work, and attentive client service. Responsibilities

• Design kitchen, bathroom, and custom cabinetry projects from initial concept through completion.
• Guide clients through space planning, product selections, budgeting, and project coordination.
• Prepare accurate design drawings, specifications, quotes, and orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, and other trade professionals.
• Develop new business through referrals, professional relationships, and proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with the cabinet department and broader team to deliver quality work and an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in kitchen and bath or cabinetry design.
• Proficiency in 2020 Design or comparable cabinetry design software.
• Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, space planning, and installation requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects.
• A commitment to thoughtful design, quality work, and lasting client relationships.
