Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic patient populations including back, joint, sports injury, and worker‘s compensation cases
• Experience using Theraoffice and ModMed EMR systems

Assignment Details

• Average caseload of 14-15 patients per day
• Patient population includes back, joint, sports injury, and worker‘s compensation cases
• Documentation systems include Theraoffice and ModMed
