Business & Estate law - Intake & Case Manager

Job Title: Intake & Case Manager – Business & Estate Planning Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday–Friday. About the Role: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Intake & Case Manager to support a California business and estateplanning practice (approximately 65% business law / 35% estate planning). This is a combined intake and casemanagement role, owning each client file from initial intake through case closing. We are highly invested in your success and are happy to provide guidance for the right candidate whodemonstrates strong initiative, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities: Intake & Case Management Own each client file from initial intake through case closing in Clio. Serve as primary case manager for open matters, coordinating status andnext steps with the attorney. Support Clio Grow for lead intake and pipeline tracking, including leadcalls that cover pricing. Client Communications: Send client review/testimonial follow-up requests. Use Dialpad to send client follow-up emails and calls. Track down outstanding client information and documents needed to keep a file moving. Inbox & Systems Management: Monitor and triage the firm's inbound email to reduce the direct volume reaching attorneys. Manage day-to-day workflows in Gmail and Google Drive. Maintain and support client access to the firm's client portal. Subject-Matter Support: Maintain working familiarity with California-specific business filing requirements sufficient to identify issues (Candidate is not expected to prepare the filings). Maintain working familiarity with estate planning matters and terminology. Requirements & Qualifications: One year of experience in United States based business law or estate planning Prior experience with intake or case management positions at U.S. law firms Hands-on experience using Claude to support tasks at the law firm. (Required) Comfortable with Clio, Clio Grow, Dialpad, Gmail, and Google Drive; able to learn the firm's client portal quickly. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for professional clientcommunications. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload spanning both business law (~65%) and estate planning (~35%) matters at once. #J-18808-Ljbffr Reclatam
