Independent PT (FL) — Flexible Home Health, Your County

THHN CONSULTING LLC

THHN Consulting LLC is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide home health therapy services to patients across Florida as 1099 independent subcontractors. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver skilled PT services in the home health setting — all on a schedule you control. Requirements include an active Florida PT license, CPR/BLS certification, professional liability insurance, a valid W-9, reliable transportation, and strong documentation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr THHN CONSULTING LLC
