Join Our Team as a Locum Tenens Provider

At our organization, we strive to streamline the locum tenens experience. We not only assist in finding positions that align with your preferences but also manage all logistical aspects such as credentialing, accommodation, travel arrangements, and much more. Focus on what you do best—caring for patients—while we handle the rest.

Work Schedule and Patient Care

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, no on-call duties
• Patient Load: 22 - 24 patients per day
• Setting: Clinic environment
• Patient Demographic: Adults only
• Language Requirement: Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred for effective patient communication
• Privileges: Hospital privileges are necessary
• Commitment: Option to extend beyond the initial commitment

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: Ranges from $120.00 to $145.00 per hour
• Payment Frequency: Weekly deposits
• Housing and Travel: Complimentary arrangements provided
• Malpractice Coverage: Comprehensive coverage included
• Credentialing: We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Support: Access to an online portal for assignment details and time entry
• Recruiter Assistance: A dedicated recruiter will manage all aspects of your placement
