Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Aesthetician who embodies sophistication, clinical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. This role is ideal for a provider who understands that luxury is not only a service, but a standard carried through every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke skincare treatments, including advanced facials, chemical peels, and corrective therapies tailored to each client’s needs 
• Perform HydraFacial treatments with precision, customizing protocols to achieve optimal, visible results 
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop elevated, results-driven treatment plans  
•   Educate clients on refined skincare regimens and recommend medical-grade products aligned with their goals 
• Maintain an immaculate treatment environment that reflects Adare's luxury standards 
• Cultivate long-term client relationships through exceptional service, discretion, and attention to detail 
• Contribute to a seamless client journey from arrival to post-treatment follow-up 

Practice Growth & Marketing

• Actively contribute to practice growth and revenue goals 
• Create and participate in social media content (Instagram, TikTok) 
• Support events, promotions, and patient acquisition strategies 

Qualifications

• Active Florida Facial Specialist or Full Specialist License 
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-end spa, dermatology, or medspa environment 
• Proven experience with HydraFacial and advanced skincare treatments 
• Strong understanding of skin physiology and corrective skincare 
• Polished communication skills and a client-first mindset 
• Experience in luxury retail or service environments preferred 

Preferred Expertise

• Advanced modalities such as microneedling, radiofrequency, or laser treatments 
• Experience with medical-grade skincare brands 
• Ability to drive client retention and sales through elevated service and thoughtful product recommendations
